Dr. M. J. R. Sekar was born on 1942 in the village Annamangalam in Perambalur district. His parents were Late Thiru. S. Moses who was a teacher and the Founder of our institutions and Late Tmt. Logambal Elizabeth jesi who was also a teacher. He started “Thirumathi Elizabeth Educational Society” in the year 1985, mainly to uplift the rural youth those who lack the facilities and affordability to learn technical education.
Our Chairman, who is the only son of the founder, started his career as a teacher. He took charge as a Head Master at the age of 17. His hard work and sincere service motivated him to start School education, Teacher Education, Arts and science education and Engineering education in the village Annamangalam. His wife Late Tmt. D. Roseline Sekar, a retired Headmistress was behind the chairman in all his tireless activities.
Due to his dedication in service, he has been awarded Doctorate by Srilankan International University. His hard work and sincerity leads him to receive many awards like “Life Time Achievement” award, “Excellence in Achievement” award, “Viswa Seva” award, “Gold is Gold” award etc.
